We offer Fractional CHRO services to organizations lacking a full-time HR Officer, providing cost-effective executive support. Our Fractional CHRO collaborates with senior leadership, tailoring policies, procedures, and training to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness. We will also prepare and administer paid-for employee training sessions, personality, and behavioral assessments.

IS A CHRO EXPENSIVE?

According to www.salary.com, the average Chief Human Resources Officer's annual salary is between $293,672 and $398,838. Most small businesses and upstart businesses are unable to afford an annual salary and additional benefits and perks for a CHRO.

The Arcue Group offers a Fractional CHRO at a "fraction" of the costs. By retaining The Arcue Group, your business will have a minimum of 10 hours per month for a fraction equivalent to approximately less than 1% of the cost of a full-time annual salary.

 

The additional expenses include hourly rates for any hours over 10 hours per month, any expenses related to 1-2 annual, on-site visits (including, but not limited to, airfare, rental car, accommodations, and per diems), and any additional assessments procured from the organization by The Arcue Group.

WHAT VALUE WILL I RECIEVE?

By retaining The Arcue Group, you will receive 30 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, including banking, public and private education, and religious organizations, working with Human Resources, Church Tax and Law, as well as certified by the John Maxwell Organization as a Certified Executive Coach. Our Fractional CHRO is also certified in several personality and behavioral assessments, including Life Languages, Birkman International, Kolbe, and DISC.

You will also receive support from the Fractional CHRO when dealing with HR employee issues, hiring, onboarding and offboarding, and retention of employees. You will receive consultation when working with your local and state workforce commissions.
