Gus’s career foundation lies in finance and operations management, where he gained invaluable experience as Controller at Northern Lakes Vending and Operations Manager at CBS Fitness. In these roles, he honed his skills in leadership, client relations, and operational efficiency, laying the groundwork for his future success in Human Resources and beyond.

Gus holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management, with a minor in Data Processing, from Bemidji State University.
