Rod Querry
Founder / Associate
Rod Querry is a Certified Executive Trainer with the John Maxwell Team and holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership. After 35 years in a successful ministry career, Rod launched The Arcue Group in order to help organizations and churches build hope and belief into their leadership skills and teams. Rod's experience in the church as a Lead Pastor, Pioneering Pastor, Worship Pastor, Children's Pastor, Student Pastor and most recently an Executive Pastor brings a unique perspective to churches. Rod also worked in Corporate Mortgage Banking and Aerospace, so he brings a wide array of experience to any organization. He currently serves as the Executive Director at Elevate Life Church in Frisco, Texas. He has been married to his wife, Nancy, for 32 years and they have a son, daughter, and two beautiful grandchildren.
Nancy Querry has joined The Arcue Group as an Associate. With a degree in Pastoral Ministries, Nancy has served in several positions, including Propel Women's, Student Ministries, Prayer Ministries, and Children's Ministries. Also a Certified Nutritional Health Coach, Nancy loves to connect with people and bring out the best for their future. Nancy has been married to her husband, Rod, for 32 years and they have a son, daughter, and two beautiful grandchildren.

Sue Voltz joined The Arcue Group as the Executive Administrative Assistant. Sue has worked in ministry for over ten years in administrative roles and brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, and expertise to her role. She is a ray of sunshine and loves connecting with people and seeing their belief and hope grow in their lives as they grow in their leadership.
